This space was created with intention — for the anyone navigating identity, healing, culture, motherhood, relationships, growth, and everything in between. If you’ve ever wanted to be seen and heard without having to explain yourself first, you’re in the right place.

I’m a proud MexiRiqueña — a wife, mom, sister, nurse, and space holder — showing up in all my layers. I wear many hats, but the one I carry with the most pride is that of a woman committed to holding space for other people.

This podcast started as a space for real conversations between real people— unfiltered, unbothered, and unapologetically Latinx. More than laughs and chisme, it’s about holding space for what matters: our stories, our healing, and our power!

Some days we’re spilling cafecito. Some days we’re unpacking generational cycles. And sometimes, we’re doing both at the same time, with lashes on and cafecito in hand.
This space is sacred because our voices are sacred.
Our truth is medicine.
And our joy is resistance.
